הצהרת נגישות / Accessibility Statement

Sansar מחויבת לנגישות האתר עבור כלל המשתמשים, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלויות, בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (תשנ"ח-1998) ותקנות הנגישות תשע"ג-2013, ובהתאם לתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 (המבוסס על WCAG 2.1 ברמת AA).

Sansar is committed to making our website accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in compliance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998), the Accessibility Accommodations Regulations (2013), and Israeli Standard ת"י 5568 (based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA).

האתר עומד בחלקו בדרישות תקן ת"י 5568 ברמת AA. We are in partial compliance with ת"י 5568 (WCAG 2.1 AA). We are actively working to achieve full compliance.

מה ביצענו / What we have implemented

  • ניווט מקלדת מלא בכל האלמנטים האינטראקטיביים עם אינדיקטורי מיקוד גלויים / Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
  • טקסט חלופי (Alt text) משמעותי לכל תמונות המוצרים ומדיה מרכזית / Meaningful alt text on all product images and key media.
  • HTML סמנטי ותגיות ARIA לתמיכה בקוראי מסך / Semantic HTML structure and ARIA labels for screen reader compatibility.
  • יחסי ניגודיות צבעים העומדים בדרישות WCAG 2.1 AA (מינימום 4.5:1) / Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA requirements (minimum 4.5:1).
  • כיבוד הגדרת המערכת prefers-reduced-motion להפחתת אנימציות / Respect for the system prefers-reduced-motion setting to minimize animations.
  • קישור "דלג לתוכן" למשתמשי מקלדת וטכנולוגיות עזר / Skip-to-content link for keyboard and assistive-technology users.
  • ווידג'ט נגישות המאפשר שינוי גופן, גודל טקסט, ניגודיות ועוד / Accessibility widget allowing font, text size, contrast and other adjustments.
  • תגית שפה (lang) תקינה בקוד הדף / Correct language attribute (lang) in page markup.
  • הגדרות כותרות היררכיות (H1-H6) / Proper heading hierarchy (H1-H6).
  • תוויות נגישות לכל שדות הטופס / Accessible labels on all form fields.

מגבלות ידועות / Known Limitations

חלק מהחוויה מסתמכת על כלים של צד שלישי (מעבדי תשלום, אנליטיקה, אפליקציות Shopify) שאין לנו שליטה מלאה עליהם. אנחנו עוקבים אחריהם ופועלים לשיפור מתמיד. Parts of our experience rely on third-party tools (payment processors, analytics, Shopify apps) that we cannot fully control. We actively monitor these and work to improve them.

טכנולוגיות נתמכות / Supported Technologies

האתר נבדק ותוכנן לתמוך ב: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (גרסאות עדכניות), ועם קוראי מסך NVDA ו-VoiceOver. The site was tested and designed to support: modern versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, and with NVDA and VoiceOver screen readers.

תאריך הבדיקה האחרונה / Last Assessment Date

אפריל 2026 / April 2026. הבדיקה בוצעה על ידי צוות הפיתוח בשילוב כלי בדיקה אוטומטיים (Lighthouse, axe DevTools) ובדיקה ידנית. Assessment was conducted by the development team using automated tools (Lighthouse, axe DevTools) and manual review.
