Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Stockings, scrunchies, and sale items are final sale for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, email sansar.information@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
